We are now located off site and are available for appointments at your convenience.

Shareholder Ownership & Benefits

A board elected by shareholders, transferable shares, family use, and reserved sites for owners.

You own a share of the corporation, governed by a board elected annually by the shareholders. There is no limit to the number of times your stock certificate is transferred. Shares are willable. You can share your 45 days with your family. Sites are reserved for stockholders. Site charges from rental to the general public generates the revenue to cover operating expenses.

About Pismo Coast Village RV Resort

Pismo Coast Village, Inc. is 26 acres of ocean-front property developed for the use and enjoyment of its stockholders, with an ideal climate and smog-free air, and a short walk to the town of Pismo Beach. The Resort is owned, not leased, by 1800 shareholders.

Pismo Coast Village has been in operation since 1972 and has 400 fully defined and improved campsites, each with water, electricity, sewer service, picnic table, and fire ring.

On December 1, 1975, the corporation purchased the Resort with the sale of 1800 shares. The share issue is limited to 1800 shares. By April 1977, all shares were sold and a program for share resale was set up as a service for those wanting to sell. Pismo Coast Investments provides this service, and shares are available.

The principal benefit to shareholders are 45 days free use of Resort facilities and trailer storage at reasonable rates to avoid the task of towing.

The General Store, Laundry, and Pismo Coast RV Service are owned and operated by the Corporation.

About Us

Lee A. Tripodi

Pismo Coast Village has always been a steadfast component of Lee's life. Growing up on the Central he has adopted the appreciation of the carefree lifestyle of an RV enthusiast.

His mother, Jeanne Sousa has served as the Broker Dealer since 1978 with grace, diligence and ever bountiful enthusiasm.

Graduating from CalPoly SLO and embarking on a multi decade career in finance with management roles at Smith Barney, UBS and eventually launching his own firm in 2011 gave Lee the knowledge and experience to successfully transition into his current role at Pismo Coast Investments.

Lee has a profound interest and desire to create and maintain a shareholder focused experience and deliver a seamless transfer of PCV shares.

He is committed to continuing the legacy and unique experience that this wonderful place called Pismo Coast Village has to offer and making memories today and far off into the future.

Lee resides in Avila Valley with his son Marco and daughter Maleia.
